OP I made this long post here: >>7447860
but to respond to your question directly- if you want perfect scaling for 4:3 / 8:7 consoles, get the RG350P/M. If you want better emulation, wifi and a standardized interface via Retroarch, but no integer scaling for 4:3 content get the RG351P. I'm a stickler for integer scaling but if you can't tell the different between the two images in pic related, get the RG351P. I don't have a retroid pocket but I wouldn't like that dpad placement. Be warned that even though it is advertised, all these devices cannot reliably play N64, PSP or Dreamcast. I personally removed all my roms/isos from my card for these systems so I was never tempted to play a sub-optimal experience. It pretty much sucks shit for N64 and they are skeevy for trying to sell it on that point. But anything up til the PS1 should be good, including Sega CD. The RG351p is the best modern way to play GBA games, and that is coming from someone who has modded multiple GBA/SP systems with IPS screens looking for the optimal experience. If you put in the time to set it up, the RG351p is amazing and it feels great to play.
