/vr/ - Retro Games

I'm trying to do the Tower of Leires with Pearl, but when I bring her to the first floor I get softlocked. Its just an empty room with nothing in it but boss music, and I can't leave at all.
This has happened twice now. I thought maybe this was an emulator problem since I'm playing through adrenaline on my Vita, but when trying to look up an answer, all I could find was someone on their Switch having the same issue and getting no replies.

Any ideas?

I'd say like 75% of this game is missable. I used a guide when I was playing it and I definitely would have never thought to do a lot of the obscure shit you have to do if you want to see all the events.

Legend of Mana turned 20 years old yesterday. Between that, and the fact that I've been playing through the Collection of Mana that released not long ago, I've been thinking about his series a lot lately, so let's have a thread about it, and Legend in particular.

The Secret of Mana remake was mediocre, but the SD3 remake looks much more solid, do you think Legend could benefit from a remake in the future as well?
