I guess I wouldn't know and/or forgot. I only got exposed to what was in the manual, and I don't remember any of the end screens in basegame or the expansion packs.

Very true. It's my blind playthrough of Death Wish. I think it was more to highlight how even if you goof up the game can occasionally sympathize with heart drops.
