If size and budget isn't an issue just invest in a PVM 14m4u or 1354q. They do Composite, sVideo, Component, and RGB. Your consoles will look amazing on it, and your 64 will be bearable.

If a 14inch pvm isn't within your budget I'd say hold off on getting a CRT for a while until you can get something really nice.
