Failed in Japan because no one there cared about Xbox. Failed everywhere else because Xbox players didn't care about JSR. It would've been a decent success on GameCube, I'm absolutely sure.

Jet Set Radio is one of those for me. Such a unique game, there's literally nothing else like it. Even JSRF is not the same, although also fun. But I got so good at it, I can finish the entire thing with a Jet rating on every stage in one sitting. At this point, I just use it to relax sometimes and do custom graffiti.
