just pickpocket enemies in dungeons (most of them unsuccessfully, but sometimes it works and it works on any enemy), it triggers the thieves guild quest (you get a letter from them telling them to join or die)

start running, you move a decent speed with about 50 Speed give or take, unless you drained your speed skill to dump into other stuff

magic gets to be really OP at low levels, but the starting dungeon is a real pain for it
best bet for starting out is go High Elf and take the critical weakness to Paralysis, since High Elves are immune to Paralysis it does nothing so you get a ton of room to add any advantaged you like. go for increased magery 3x and maybe spell absorption for your AOE spells latter
I usually like to take at least one weapon skill so I always have an alternative when my magica runs low but I cant rest, also I always end up neglecting one magic school or another so why not, throw in short blade and use the background questions to get the Ebony dagger, or whatever you like, be a FistWiz if you want

also to note that platemail has zero effect on magical ability so if you want to be a buff battle mage in full enchanted Daedric then go ahead

in the first dungeon you can fart around a bit but its pretty tough, just save often and rest a lot to regain magicka
and you can just rush out if you want and skip past most of the rooms, just go to a city and join up with the mages guild and maybe a temple as well then start doing quests for easy money and loot, once you level up you can start making spells and enchants which is when you really get OP

you can practice pickpocketing dungeon monsters too for easy leveling with no real risk
