Waited until French Meat 2 was better tested / patched to play. Definitely worth the wait. The levels are large, well-designed, and nice to look at, with some fitting custom textures thrown in to enhance the Caribbean setting. The difficulty feels in line with Blood episode 1, fairly tough but not overly frustrating.
