hey CRT experts i need your help,

so i went and got myself an old trinitron tv, a good videocard with S/Video Out & downloaded soft 15khz, i am using windows 7

now thing is i got soft15khz to give me very low resolutions , such as 256x240 or 304x240 and they look great on the CRT but for some reason it is an interlaced output, another thing is that dithering is pretty much nonexistent aside from a couple cases were it does dither correctly, btw to test this i use the dithering monster known as Zombies Eat My Neighbors

I need to know how to output non interlaced video and how to add such res to the list of resolutions that are available when using the quickres app (which is the only one that lets me change to the low res screen modes)

I've heard of a thing called Winmodelines but can't find any tutorial on how to use it together with soft15khz
