Nope, that's probably the actual Nintoaster's lack of heatsinks/vents. This is without looking at the internal system of the casemod, but if you play any game for a long period of time with something covering the vents, it'll start to smell. Also, this cartridge is among the minority that actually plays Alfred N The Fettuc and Jigsaw.
