Well if you've got the remote then look up how to get into the service menu and adjust the horizontal/vertical size of the raster so you don't see the overscan region as much.

scanline filters are nice if you've got a monitor that has stupidly thick scanlines in 240p@120hz. You can run a much higher integer res like 1440p and then run a filter which can be adjusted to your liking. Plus you don't have to deal with blackframe insertion weirdness either.

Been here for like three years and I remember when we talked about a lot of different things. There's been a bunch of a different shifts in general topics but I think the growing interest in the retro gaming hobby has contributed to a downgrade in quality of people in the hobby.
