The rules are actually contradictory in this regard

"Retro gaming means consoles, computer games, arcade games (including pinball) and any other forms of video games on platforms launched in 1999 and earlier. Sixth generation and later consoles are not considered retro."

>"sixth gen and later consoles are not considered retro."
>DC is both

Really should be an exception to the rule imo, especially since the thing died quickly and only people that give a fuck about it are retro gamers anyway
