PSP is 2x integer scaled, but yes you have to manually turn off bilinear filtering iirc to have it look nice again. For PS1 you have to manually turn integer scaling on (it's not called "integer scaling" in the settings, but that's what it is). Drops the screen size to 3.6", so not as good as a perfect 3x scale to 4" on a TSP, but not bad and still perfectly playable in my experience.
