I'm not so sure about that, I mean most people probably aren't as sensitive to motion blur as I am. playing Sonic the Hedgehog 2 or Mario Brothers on most LCD monitors makes me want to throw up. even with relatively good LCD monitors (My TV and computer monitor that I purchased two years ago have fairly good response times, TV 5ms, computer 2ms)

my eyes will still ache with fast-paced motion because of all the blurring even at 2ms, with a CRT that's not a problem ( but once again I am the minority on that front)

it's also one of the reasons I kind of stop playing video games around 2008 (when all my original CRTs stopped functioning)
