I have a weird relationship with this game. On one side, I find this game to be oddly fun to play. On the other, it frustrates the hell out of me. I've only beaten it once and can typically make it just past the half-way point before the difficulty ramps up and I end up getting pissed off.

GOD DAMMIT. I started this game over hoping that'd I'd be able to beat it in one sitting. Probably could have if I hadn't fucked up on the "Continue" sequence when I got to the last world. Messed that up, so it sent me back to the beginning. Maybe I'll make a short video later where I finish, if I feel like getting through it all again.

I've played this one before. I've never been a big fan of games that auto-scroll, so I kinda have a instant dislike of the title. It's made by Square and to be more specific, it was made by the same team that brought us Final Fantasy. So, I kinda expected to like it more then I did.

Well, I finally managed to beat this game legit without any codes and I gotta say it pissed me off to no end. Even though I was born in the 80's and raised through the 90's, I never really got the chance to play a lot of these classics for the NES and other retro systems.

I know that older games are considered to be MUCH harder then modern releases, but JESUS. I have a very short fuse when it comes to repetition and that's exactly what a lot of these games require. That and a whole lot of patience, which I tend to lack. I seem to find it hard to distinguish the fine line between challenging and frustrating.

This game bugs the shit outta me. I have horrible depth perception as is and this game is garbage when it comes to that shit. I can't even begin to count how many times I've died playing this damn thing.

Has anybody ever beat this without rage quitting? I've managed to get to the last world, but that whole bouncing off pillars to get on top of pillars shit is irritating as fuck.

Gonna start a thread and just post all my uploads in it. It's easier to manage and I won't clutter the board with threads. Feel free to discuss any of the games showcased. I've done 20 videos so far, most of which is nothing but gameplay footage. My last video has commentary, but I'm not sure if I'll continue with that or not.

I never did end up beating it. I managed to get to the last world, but the very beginning irritated the shit out of me. I lost interest at that point.

I'm just going to be posting demo videos of every single game in my main playlist. If I find any games that I think I'd enjoy, I'll play all the way through it in a separate series.
