When you are considering buying a monitor or TV, how do you find out information about it?
Do manufacturers not keep info about all their products?

I'm looking at a SONY PGM-2710, but I'm trying to find a manual or information online and all I've got is manuals on ebay and shit.

Does SONY not keep a database of info on their public products available to the public?
