Hmm, that's not a bad argument, the reason I got a dsi xl(and considered ds lite/ds phat/dsi too) instead of 3ds is that the 3ds library didn't really seem attractive to me and original ds and gba games which I wanted the most just look better on the OG family and feel washed out on 3ds. If it's the same with psp and vita then I'm inclined to get psp2k/3k

Still didn't look into that, I seen some nice indie games I liked on PC ported to vita, like spelunky HD, hotline miami and even terraria and minecraft - though these may be really subpar compared to the PC experience

It probably is much better than the nub, and maybe even good for ps1 games with DS support, but I'm a bit off put by the form factor and portability of vita because of it - it's bigger than og psp models and the analogs seem to stick out - maybe it's not a problem in reality but on photos I feel old psp is more aesthetic to me
