first of all, how exactly are you degassing the unit?

are you actually using a real degassing wand or coil?

Or are you just using the PVM's internal degassing wire?

if you're just using the internal degassing mechanism you're not going to get very good results most of the time.

if you used a real degassing tool, and it's still not working properly then you're going to need find out if you can adjust the "beam landing" setting. if you've already tried that you still don't have the desired results

then you're going to need to use a low powered magnets in the outside of the case to pull away some of the imperfection.

anyway, if you need anymore help just ask. you really shouldn't need a professional for something as simple as degassing. (I know can seem complicated at first but once you've done it a few times it becomes pretty easy).

good luck
