It's not about challenge It's about having fun. The Duplicator is one of the most entertaining items in the game but costs 500000 or something and farming that much money manually is incredibly tedious. I mostly used the Axe Armor because of It's fast walk speed to collect a 2000 bag in reverse catacombs or something but it was a boring excercise. Still worth it, but if I knew about a money cheat I'd probably have tried that instead. It's a goof-off item anyways.

I can't think of anything more OP than the Sheild Rod - Alucard Sheild combo. You can just walk into anything including the end boss dealing mass damage while getting healed.

Lol "you didn't buy them enough" is a far cry from no one caring. Fighters have always been niche, and console ones especially in the days before decent online. But pick up any Gamefan from back then or look at the rection players had to games like SotN and it's easy to see why your rant is so riddiculous.
