It does not make a single difference if I use the touchscreen, USB-C or Bluetooth. The lag is high in any configuration, on any phone I ever tested (Nexus 5, Sony Xperia/Docomo SO-02G, Xiaomi Mi A1, Xiaomi Poco F1, Poco X3).

First of all, you can use either a touch screen, or a controller, whichever you prefer. Plus if you insist, there are phones with physical buttons, not that anyone should be using them because gaming on phones sucks because of input delay. However I was tailoring my answer to faggot zoomers such as yourself because that's what you apparently use to play video games on. You obviously don't seem to know that you can also play this game, with tilt sensor support, on 3DS, Vita and Switch via Retroarch+mGBA.
And not only that, you can even emulate it on PC and use a PS4, Wii or any other controller with motion tilt sensors to play this one fucking game that you are so hellbent on using as an example why
