Here's what I have done. I'm realizing I've never worked on something like this (non-shitposty) and my attention span is slow diminishing. Having fun with it though.

In what way? I'm thinking about mentioning how to use a soundfont but I feel like that may be a bit out of scope with the general premise of the video being "WATCH THIS IF YOU HAVE NEVER PLAYED DOOM BEFORE" kind of thing. I still need to figure some things out for myself, like audio stuff in Chocolate/Crispy-Doom.

I still feel that it's worth a mention considering the goal is proper vanilla gameplay. Probably won't recommend it but will for sure mention it.

It's under "Compatibility Options" in the GZDoom option menu. Switch from "Default" to "Doom" or "Doom (Strict)." You can also set Vanilla Essence to switch compat modes on the fly when you activate it.
