I honestly don't know if there is a secret, with the guaranteed high average speed and unlikeliness for high G's good coasters should basically build themselves. My coaster get naturally high stats from path interaction, water and lots of scenery. Like with other rides some tunnels and interaction with other rides would have brought it even higher.
