It's from CaveStory. (Judging from the detailed stars in the original version, it's from CaveStory+ or 3D.) I just ripped it from Google and edited it down in Paint.net to get that size; I actually forgot to "squish" it by 20% first, so it's a little wonkier than I planned, but I just wanted to whip-up a proof-of-concept.
