I played it on a Dendy (Russian famiclone) or a Russian Sega clone, can't remember. It was a very dark, depressing sidescroller. You start in a suburb. Your character is a dark dressed man with long black hair. One thing i remember for sure, your health bar was the face of your character and flesh dropped off it the more you lost health. If you were almost dead, it would have been a skull. Some levels are caves or something and you have to collect diamonds.
