Reinphazer isn't scripted to be unique from Fire Emblem, but it's interesting in how much more tightly designed it is. Several expert SRPG players I know say that Reinphazer on Inferno is quite simply the hardest SRPG ever made, second only to the developer's second game which is as of yet incomplete. You actually are allowed to be a tester on the second game if you manage to beat the first game on inferno at all, but that's getting ahead of myself. Pic related is a chart made by one such SRPG fan.

NAROUファンタジー is so heavily scripted that one of my friends doesn't even call it an SRPG. It's more like a puzzle game in SRPG form, and it's pretty neat. Definitely only play this one if you actually know Japanese though - well, you shouldn't play Mahosho and the other stuff if you don't know Japanese since the story is so good (Reinphazer is fine it has no story), but Narou Fantasy especially. You straight-up need to know JP to solve the challenges presented to you.

I haven't played this one myself, but for completeness's sake 幻想少女大戦コンプリートボックス made a big splash recently (not SRPG studio though). It's like Super Robot Wars but Touhou, and since this combines like four games it's fucking enormous.

Kuon no Kanata will be pretty amazing when it's finished, right now there's just a few demos. And uh... That's the extent of my knowledge. Most of the other heavily scripted games aren't finished yet, and the majority are a lot closer to Fire Emblem games. Hope this helped though. Honestly the moral of the story is play TS games and play Yaminabe. If you adjust to SRPG Maker 95, there's a LOT of games that aren't like Fire Emblem. If you ever want to play a game on the engine again that is.
