I love Super Metroid but it uses too many buttons and unintuitively uses the shoulder buttons as well with Angle Up and Angle Down being bound to each and also being the only commands that can't be remapped elsewhere on the controller for some stupid reason. Weapon selection is also clunky. Fusion is really only missing a dedicated Run button.

there is some weird fuckery with Malefactors's archvile. using the link set and throwing fire or bombs while the archvile spawns his little fiends makes my items cause self damage killing me instantly. this happened to me three times I'm not imagining this shit. I think it has to do with it happening in the same time they spawn when I throw my shit.
