Just UAP? It does no rebalancing unless you are planning on abusing some bugs, and 2.0 reverts that. It also restores content and makes stores less pants on retarded. That is hardly a rebalance because you still need to force them to restock if you play techie, and the restored content is very out of the way, you only find it if you look for it.
Though you shouldnt play Arcanum more than twice anyhow since it is an genuinly fucked crpg. A rebalance cannot save it, its all broken.

There is nothing wrong with Stalker. You don't need mods to play SoC or CoP. Clear Sky is shit so you shouldnt play it anyway.
