Time for a solder reflow.
Check the board on the neck of the tube first, since there's often a lot of heat there and one of the pins on the socket will drive the red electron gun.
Possibly new capacitors, too, as a general rule of thumb.

Uh, is it just damaged plastic? Does the actual screen work?
Just melt the plastic together from the back using a soldering iron or a tiny amount of acetone. No sense in throwing out a good monitor if it's just got a damaged bezel.

Also, if they just pack the damn things right this isn't an issue. There's some inflating foam packing thing that's excellent for stuff like that, when put around the corners of the monitor in the box.
