I just started playing Super Mario Advance 1 and had WAY more fun than expected, liek I was super absorbed.
Unironically maybe SMB2 is as good as SMB3 and SMW, or even better?

I tried playing After Burner 2 and I literally couldn't tell what was happening, I was just mashing the d-pad and spinning the plane around everywhere to randomly avoid the missiles

Wouldn't place it on the same level as Mario 64, but it's fine. Just a fun little collectathon platformer with Rare's signature charm. Can certainly see why someone wouldn't like it though.

I beat the first one on the Anthology collection, but I used a ton of continues and don't really remember any of it. I'd like to try a 1CC run one day, though.
