Thanks to the live actor who portrayed Barry Burton, we now have a lead on the identity of Jill Valentine's live actress "Inezh". Apparently, she was from Brazil, which would explain her apparent lack of internet access or ignorance of the collective intrigue in her identity, presuming she doesn't speak English.

The identity of "Inezh," portraying actress of Jill Valentine in the first Resident Evil game, remains an unsolved mystery among veteran Resident Evil fans. Officially, she was a high school exchange student with no prior acting experience. Mikami regretted having her on board once production started the shoot at the Tama River. "Inezh" frequently complained about the mosquitos and insisted on wrapping things up ahead of schedule. No one knows where she is now, but I'd be mighty interested to hear her reflect on her experience and, moreover, her side of the story.

Whatever version you end up playing, please play that before the REmake.

Half the fun is seeing how the puzzles/enemies/mansion layout is changed.
