I have this 13" sansui color CRT that I use to play games and watch anime. It works fine, but theres a guy in my area selling a Commodore 1702. Should I get it as an upgrade or am I wasting my money?

To me, on paper theyre both identical (13" screen, composite input, mono sound, gives you aids when you turn in on)
