Not with internal storage and the extra 1GB of RAM Android needs. And even if there were, I still wouldn't recommend it, it's just slow.

That said, Gamma is working on getting some version of Android TV running from SDs on RK3566s. If it'll be worth it remains to be seen, but wouldn't hold my breath for any miracles, probably a sidegrade.
