I second the recommendations for Rise of the Dragon, Genesis Shadowrun, and Syndicate. I'd also suggest checking out Dreamweb (pictured) and the System Shock games. Kowloon's Gate has some great grimy cyberpunk atmosphere too, but I'd imagine it'd be a pain to play without a guide or Japanese knowledge.
