Did I not mention Devilman?

It's a PSX Jap exclusive game. First part is survival horror where all you can do is run, hide, push objects (like SH Shattered Memories except much before), then it turns into 3D beat em up in a 2nd part sadly with not so good hit detection. There is a third part apparently but only if you get a good score at the first two.

Devilman on PS1 I guess, jap only survival horror for the first half of the game which turns into action horror for the 2Nd half. The first part has nice survival horror mechanics as all you can do is flee and hide and run, kinda like Silent Hill Shattered Memories before its time
