Guile is pretty important, since you can see that he's on there twice. In fact he showed up on the cover of another crossover fighting game after that one: Capcom Fighting Evolution. As for Psylocke, why not as she's definitely a selling point for me.

Yeeeeaaaaaahhhhh, Admittedly, the constant playing of the songs did earn the songs into the memorable space.

IKR, but it would be a licensing nightmare and my point being that it would have a really difficult time appealing to a Japanese audience.

If OP wants parity between the prices between the regions, maybe they could find a way to market how cool Marvel is over there. I don't even recall a large scene for MVC2 over there and it tends to be dominated by Americans.

Also a good choice. Got the latter to see Cammy's curves in low poly glory, game was pretty darn good to boot! I just wish it had more expanded challenges/stages for greater longevity.

The other versions has other benefits like not requiring arcade play to unlock characters, widescreen options, and crisp smoothing for those that want it.

All the MVC2 cabinets around me I remember had the controls out front almost free-standing away from the screen which had 2 huge speakers to the sides. It was the standard cabinet type for a lot of fighting games I played back then for Project Justice, CVS2, and all the games listed there but not in that style of cabinet. I vaguely remember the screen or glass was curved trinitron-style (cylindrical). What was that cabinet styled called? I want one for those games. It is cool the rights were allowed for the game to be available again for backwards compatibility.
