Reasons being that watered-down home ports of arcade games are pointless in 2022 and retro sports sims (including 99% of racing games) basically evaporated once 3D consoles came out.

That's the result of kids growing up in the era of ESRB (conflating the game's rating for its target age) and brown "realistic" war and movie games. If I showed them Ristar their eyes would melt from the beautiful colorful visuals.
