I also saw a guy in a flea market selling two copies in those aftermarket boxes with a custom cover and shit. He is your typical scumbag reseller, and even looks the part (fat, ponytail, wears a Nintendo shirt and cargo shorts, acts like a seedy used cars salesman, etc). He was asking for $140 for each one, and he kept pushing them on me, saying stupid shit like "buy it or regret it!". I then mentioned I already had a copy, and the fucker straight up, with zero shame, told me he'd buy it from me for $50. Yes, after telling me how much he sells them for himself.

Needless to say, I told him I'd go enjoy my copy.

What bothers me most with these people is not the fetishes themselves, it's the inability to reason with them, that's what gets me, it's like they like in a continuous haze, a dream like world, and I really feel the need to make them snap into reality, but if you just suggest something like"hey man that's pretty weird you know" they're all like "no it's not you just don't understand i love pikachu and some day i'll turn into pikachu and we'll marry and live happily ever after you fascist". That shit is really what gets me, how removed from reality they are.
