Mancopter is another one, every so often I just have to pull it out and play a race. It's just so charming.

For example, lives in Mancopter are counted in fish -- when you crash and hit the ocean, you can pass one to a friendly whale who will lift you up out of the water so you can take off again. If you're all out of fish, though, a shark will eat you instead.
Asshole pelicans will snatch your fish away, but you can snatch fish from them, too if you're quick. Passing mermaids will hand them out as well.

Can't go wrong with Mancopter.

I gotta say Mancopter is an underrated gem of a game.

It's a game where you enter a race with these wacky flying bicycle contraptions, using Joust-style controls.
Interestingly, your lives are counted in fish. If you got knocked out of the sky and still have a fish in hand, a friendly whale will come along and lift you out of the water in exchange for one. If you're out of fish, a shark devours you and your copter whole.
The animation is cute and cartoony, and the gameplay is pretty slick, and it has a pretty satisfying ending animation if you can beat all three races.

(Once I found out you can steal back fish from those annoying pelicans, I was hooked.)
