I will say, I do find it funny how often this same weak response is trotted out though. Someone says something you don't like or don't agree with and instead of refuting the actual point it's so often just "go to reedit!" "go to v!" "kill yourself!" And all I said was that people who don't believe gender dysmorphia is a serious and hard thing to have to deal with in your life and it's not something those of us who are cis can even really grasp. That we should try to look in our hearts with compassion because everyone is struggling with something and it's better for everyone when we try to support and help each other.

So that's what gets deleted and you a ban, in a thread dedicated to shitposting and triggering. Meanwhile all these comments are perfectly fine and good.

When I first started seeing my now-wife, she didn't play anything and hadn't really ever except for some Goldeneye and shit when she was younger. She didn't have a negative opinion of games, but didn't like them either.

So one day I rolled a joint, had her take a few puffs and then put Peggle in front of her. Now she plays games most days. Her town in Animal Crossing is amazing and she can kick my ass at Dr Mario.

I love a great many old games and like coming here to talk about them. But I also think that overall, games and gaming has been getting steadily better and better since the start and probably will continue to do so.

There are just plain a lot of fun games from the past. There's a bit of nostalgia with some games, but the ones I've stuck with it's just because they're a lot of fun.

Not this though. On the whole I think games are a little better now than they used to be. But there have always been mostly bad to middling games and a few gems. It's the gems I pay attention to.
