No love for Donkey Kong?

Not as good as Donkey Kong '94 but still cozy and fun

Been playing nothing but Donkey Kong NES lately, but if I had to pick one it would be DKC 2

For me it's just a time management thing, I never got into long RPG's or strategy games but even the average platformer takes me longer to complete than a quick game of Tetris or Donkey Kong, so that's what I've been playing most of the time. On a good day I'll knock out a round of Sonic CD or something but most of the time I've been sticking to basic arcade stuff lately as well.

Sonic is not really arcade era. More like Tetris, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong etc.

This too, and I guess Crazy Taxi... which is technically an arcade game as well

Playing Donkey Kong on these Famiclones makes me want to play the actual Game Boy version. Still, it's neat that they always include some version of Mario, Tetris, and Donkey Kong
