In Hideous Destructor's current git version, is there a way to remove Second Blood(TM) once it is fitted WITHOUT needing a spare Second Blood(TM) in your inventory?

As far as I can tell, what I described above is the only way to do it currently.

I remember just a few days ago that wearing the blood bag while in combat would keep me at yellow health constantly, and removing it got me to green. Not sure if that was a bug or intended.
