Wolkenkratzer is a 3D fighting rogue-lite game. A unique idea that has not been explored much since, you climb a tower fighting a random enemy from a certain tier on each floor. Before you open each floor door, the game gives you clues as to what monster awaits you, and you can change your equipment accordingly. After you defeat each enemy, you can search the floor for loot, although there is a chance you will have to fight another enemy instead of successfully finding anything.

Both of these are good, can't say enough about Baroque's atmosphere and soundtrack.

Azure Dreams is fun when it comes to more traditional mystery dungeon games. When it comes to less traditional, I like Wolkenkratzer. It's a JP-only somewhat jank 3D fighting game with rogue and RPG elements. It can get pretty engrossing, especially knowing if you die it's game over.

Barely ever see this one get mentioned but it's a clunky 3D fighting game roguelite rpg and it would have been neat to see it turn into a series.
