Question. Pic related. Is this my framemeister and open source scan converter doing this? Or has genesis with 32x always done this with RGB out? (Don't have any other way to test Genesis as I only have 32x cables)

First, focusing on the water. See the kinda vertical lines? I see that in a few games and I guess I just ignored them before? Looks like every other vertical line the shading is different for specific elements like seen. What exactly about my setup is causing this as it happens on my crt, OLED, gaming monitor, etc. Is this also an issue without upscaling or similar? Is the issue with RGB (tried scart and hdretrovision ypbrpr cables too)

Second, those dots on the bottom. I know some games have a mask or overscan your TV does that hide things like that. They almost look like colors on screen being cached? Similarly I have seen them as static almost on other games. Dungeon Explorer it looked like my crt was out of sync, but only the bottom 1-3 lines. In GnG it is just a rainbow of changing color.

Sorry for this long post.
