At the rate /vr/ has been going in regards to GTA 3 recently in a year or two the trend will be that GTA3 was nothing special, sucked and nobody actually played it. Luckily those who say that do it very openly so it is easy to spot them and ignore them for the fools they are. if you were there and played it when it came out you understand why the game went mega and why it is one of the most important games ever made.
