People generally don't believe me, but I simply get more fun out of games made in the '90s and early '00s compared to any other era, and especially most modern games. I don't hate modern games, I just love older games more. I love old game mechanics, the graphics, the stories, the music, etc.
Good games are still being made and I'm not the kind of boomer bashing them, but generally I'll prefer games from other eras.
