There we go, lost a couple of minutes while taking break during cutscenes.

This new "closed shutter path" really changed things. I still had plenty of herbs and ammo at the end. I can't believe I never thought of this before but then again it only really matters when playing on Hard.

Bow GAS means that enemies in the lab have less HP, correct? But if you use it in A scenario, they'll actually be stronger in B scenario, or is that just shitty rumours? Does it affect anything else?
