They give us two incredible action RPGs with Beyond and Legend of Oasis and then crickets.

Because the people who named it were from a very different culture from both Scandinavia and the mid east.

Beyond Oasis is mostly generic fantasy looking, but Legend of Oasis has a fair bit of arabian type flair.

At this moment no, I'm at work. But started a new playthrough of Legend of Oasis over the weekend and still absolutely in love with it.

Not OP here, but why is it so confusing/frustrating to people that someone may have missed something as a kid, but still feel it brings back those feelings of that time again?

I watched Adventures in Babysitting for the first time a couple weeks back, and even though I missed it when it came out I still sort of felt a nostalgia when watching it. Not for the movie specifically, but for that era. I just assumed that's what OP meant.

Anyways, great choice on a console. Tons of great games if you can find them. Clockwork Knight 2 is even better than the first one, though in my experience much rarer. It's well worth getting though. As is Astal. That's a great game as well, and still looks amazing.

Legend of Oasis is another excellent, excellent game that holds up very well.
