You are right and I probably jumped too fast to a conclusion in my mind.
I started gaining weight as pressure from society became harder and harder, to find a job, to keep a job... Eating became sort of like an addiction and suddenly I was 138kg.

However, I'm changing that and have lost about 20kg now in 6 months. I plan to get below 100.
