Is that still true in this build? I listened to the vocal datamine and it seems here they were investigating Scales' technology since one of his ships (presumable the one near Tricky) resembles one of Andross's, and they managed to enlist "Fox" because Randorn was apparently a friend of James.

I presumed that was just the customary dress manner on her planet. As for HOW she got there, you see her ship in the ending cutscene.
