I don't use a flash card in my nintendo DS because of cost (although that is a bonus). you figure out in that dumb little dumbdumb head of yours why people use flash carts.

that being said $200 is a lot of money but it's simply supply and demand. i would expect stuff for older consoles to cost more for development and production reasons. as long as people are willing to pay. it's not a huge amount if this is your hobby, there's far more expensive dumber stuff you could buy.
