Allright, how the fuck do we fix this?

Here are the options I can see:
>Pester the shit out of nintendo for a virtual console (3D Classics?) re-release with new non-stolen music.
>pester the shit out of nintendo to release a physical copy of above game
>create campaign to alert the public of the absolute worthlessness of EB and force the ebay bubble to burst.

If you've got a better idea, please let me/us know.
